Any reservation at Refuge du Lake White implies full acceptance of these conditions:
- Reservation : Your reservation is confirmed only after receipt of the confirmation email. The arrival at the shelter is before 7pm.
- Arres : The deposit will not be required for your reservation.
- Balance : The entire stay is to be paid on the day of your arrival by the means of payment accepted at the refuge, cash or check.
- Tourist tax : One residence tax of 0.85 € per night per adult (from 18 years) will be added to the total amount of the stay. It is collected on behalf of the community of communes.
- Cancellation : If you cancel, please inform the shelter as soon as possible.
- Amendment : Any request to change your stay (date, number of persons, etc.) must be made at least 7 days before the arrival date, subject to our availability.
